AMID AMIDI (/) is a founder of Cartoon Brew, as well as an author, historian, and consultant, with numerous books to his credit. He has written The Art of Pixar: The Complete Color Scripts and Select Art from 25 Years of Animation for Pixar (2011) and was the youngest recipient of the Theatre Library Association Award which he received for his book Cartoon Modern: Style and Design in Fifties Animation (2006).

JEN HURLER graduated with an MFA in computer animation from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and currently teaches storyboarding and story structure at William Paterson University in New Jersey. Prior to getting her MFA, she worked as a story production assistant at Blue Sky Studios for four years, earning credits on The Peanuts Movie (2015), Ice Age: Collision Course (2016), Ferdinand (2017), the upcoming Nimona (2022), and uncredited work on Spies in Disguise (2019).
